Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We work with vendors from different countries and your order will be shipped either from our warehouse in California, USA or from overseas. We ship most of our products worldwide & we have almost 10 years experience in packaging diecast car model and each item is inspected carefully before shipping.

All of our orders are usually processed within 2-7 business days and will be shipped with tracking number and we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties if any. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please understand that the delivery delay might happen due to uncontrollable reasons like custom processing, weather, etc.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We are NOT responsible for lost or misdeliver due to incomplete or incorrect address.

For international buyers, any import duties are responsible by the buyer if it occurs.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an active order within 24 hours after the order is placed if the order hasn't been shipped. We will issue a full refund minus the payment processing fee.

Any cancellation request after 24 hours will result in a 10% restocking fee even if the order has not been shipped. We can not cancel an order that has been shipped.

You may return an item within 14 days after the package is delivered

  • We will handle the return with a full refund if the return was due to the error of our end (defect, damage, etc)
  • Any returned item due to a wrong address or unpaid custom duties (for international buyers), we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost plus 10% restocking fee.
  • Any returned item with an unopened package will result in a 10% restocking fee, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping cost.
  • Any returned item with an opened package will result in a 20% restocking fee, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping cost.
  • Any returned item with missing or damaged parts and package will result in a value deduction based on the condition that the item is received or the return might be rejected
  • We are not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address that's received for the order
  • No Return or Exchange for any Clearance items

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days after we receive your return.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Pre-orders

We do charge the order in full for all pre-orders. All release time is estimated and delay might occur due to manufacturer, shipping, etc. Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as the product is available.

We accept all cancellations for pre-orders but the refund will minus the payment fee for the order.
