Shipping & Returns
We work with vendors from different countries and your order will be shipped either from our warehouse in California, USA or from overseas. We ship most of our products worldwide & we have almost 10 years experience in packaging diecast car model and each item is inspected carefully before shipping.
All of our orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days and will be shipped with tracking number and we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please understand that the delivery delay might happen due to uncontrollable reasons like custom processing, weather, etc.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an active order within 48 hours after the order is placed and before the order is shipped. You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the car model cost. We'll issue full refund and also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The return has to be received in its original condition and packaging. If a return is received with missing or damaged model packaging, it could cause a refund deduction of 30-40%.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days after we receive your return.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
