Product Description
1/18 ACME 1969 Chevrolet COPO Camaro (Green) Built by Dick Harrell Diecast Car Model
Dick Harrell was a drag racing pioneer, mechanic, and Chevrolet enthusiast who made profound contributions to muscle car culture. Today, many classic car fans know him from his involvement with the early development of the 427 Camaro. These modified vehicles were powered by an engine that wasn't available in the standard Camaro at the time, Chevy's legendary 427ci big-block V8 engine.
This 1969 Camaro is the stuff of legends: a genuine COPO 9561 modified when new by “Mr. Chevrolet” himself, Dick Harrell. Delivered from the factory with a 427/425 HP MN-suffix engine and BE 4.10 12 bolt Positraction rear end, the Frost Green coupe is further equipped with a CX 400 Turbo automatic, and ZL2 cowl induction hood. Special AP five spoke aluminum wheels, a rear wing spoiler and Dick Harrell medallions leave no doubt as to the car’s nature.
