1/18 BBR 1995 Ferrari F50 Coupe (Red) Resin Car Model Limited
Created to celebrate Ferrari's 50th anniversary, it was the closest car to Formula 1 that Ferrari has ever built. Given its uncompromising approach to pure performance, the F50 lacks power steering, power brakes and ABS. On the other hand, it makes extensive use of sophisticated composite materials and construction and aerodynamic techniques typical of F1.
The number of units was decided by a marketing study which resulted in a forecast of 350 possible customers around the world willing to buy such a car. The number was then reduced to 349, in accordance with the teachings of Enzo Ferrari which he claimed to be, the perfect production number, equal to one example less than the total required by the market.
